  Early Risers

Gymnastics-Inspired Circuit Workout

Improve cardio-fitness, upper body and core strength, flexibility, and balance on gymnastics apparatus with gymnastics coach Alex Brennan.  No previous gymnastics experience required.

Fall Prevention

Improve your balance and stability, increase your strength, and feel more confident navigating uneven walkways, stairs, and other daily obstacles. Instructor: Deidre Pachon

Arthritis Fitness

Growing older doesn't have to mean growing frail. Men and women benefit from exercise in a chair or in standing positions to improve posture, balance, mobility and core strength. Emphasis on form with special attention to joint and back health.

 Boot Camp with GYMGUYZ

A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training, designed to be different all the time and push participants harder than they'd push themselves. We want to keep you guessing - and challenge you differently every class! Although our instructors may push you to your limits, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun – but please be prepared for some high intensity training!

Fit 50+
A full body workout for the active 50+, this program targets all the muscle groups in a wide range of styles guaranteed to engage and energize. Strengthen your heart and burn calories with low-impact cardio, increase bone density and muscle tone with free weights, improve stability and core strength through Pilates, stability ball, and mat work, maintain functional fitness with yoga and barre stretches. Music and great company help push through the work and keep you coming back for more.

Gentle Yoga

This easy to follow class is an ideal choice for anyone searching fro a soothing, more supported yoga practice with individual attention and a slower pace.  This class will help you align and strengthen the body while adding flexibility and culminates in guided breathing meditations to improve mental focus.  All students, beginning or experienced, are welcome.
