Krav Maga (Teen & Adult)
Fitness and self defense Israeli Army-style. Not a boot camp, but a great workout with real-life safety applications. Class will be divided to focus on specific skills and drills for men and women.

Me Time Adult Aikido
Parents can pamper themselves while the kids are in school. Work on basic exercises, get your bodies back in functioning order...or in moderate shape. Aikido inspired breathing techniques, stretches and exercises will help work out all the kinks that come with parenting. Learn beginner Aikido techniques to get the blood flowing and generate ki. Leave rejuenated and empowered to face another busy day!
