If your child is not enrolled in the JCC's Early Childhood Program, the following forms are required to complete your registration.  Both can be downloaded now or during the online registration process.  Click on class titles, below, for schedules, fees, availability, and to register.

Children with Parent/Caregiver

Aikido Inspired Parent and Me-Toddler Class (18 months-3+ years)
Parents/caregivers and toddlers work together on basic stretches and exercises. As they grow, toddlers will be able to practice pre-Aikido skills independently of parent/caregiver. Toddlers will love Downward Facing Dog, Cat and Snake poses and will leave empowered, entertained, exhausted and ready for a nice, long nap!

Tot Shabbat 
Join Rabbi Lisa Izes in celebrating Shabbat with songs, stories, crafts and, of course, challah!  Activities are geared to children 0-5 with an adult partner. 
First Friday of the month 4:00-4:45 
Advanced registration appreciated.  Drop-ins welcome.

No Grownups Required

NEW!Creative Movement (3-5 Years)
Girls and boys whirl and swirl and rejoice in movement, exploring physical expression in this unique program. Children listen to stories then twist and shape their bodies to become story characters accompanied by a variety of music styles, rhythms, and cultures; from Caribbean to classical, funky to meditative. 
Instructor: Michele Rafferty is an experienced early childhood movement specialist with training in dance, yoga, and gymnastics.

Children progress through the belt system, improving focus, control, balance, coordination, team work, discipline, and memory in a fun environment that celebrates achievement of short- and long-term goals.
Instructor: Sensei Bob Chillemi
Day/Time: Thursday 2:30-3:00 p.m.

Jr. Gymmies (3-5 Years)
Develop listeing and gross motor skills in a safe environment.  Children improve coordination through interactive instruction while having FUN! Working with obstacle courses and specialty apparatyus promotes basic gymanstics skills which enhance independence and self confidence.

Fairytale Theatre  (4-5 Years)
An introduction to acting, characterization, and story telling in a fun, nurturing,and age-appropriate environment. Using acting techniques, improv,and pantomime, kids will play, laugh and have fun while learning to use their bodies and voices onstage. Students will have the opportunity to act out some of their favorite fairy tales and share their work before an audience during the final class.

Pre-Ballet (3-4 years)
Young dancers will explore creative movement and enjoy a fun, playful introduction to ballet.

Friday 1:15-2:00 p.m.

Kid's Aikido Class (4-7+ years)
Kids embark on a lifelong journey of body wellness and physical fitness in the form of formal Aikido training including breathing techniques, stretches, exercises, and some practical application scenarios. They will leave entertained, exhausted and empowered to face the many challenges of youth!
