Reminders

  • JCC ID membership cards/key tags are required for access to the JCC and the Fitness Center.

  • Individuals using the Fitness Center or participating in an exercise class must report any physical condition or limitation to the main office. A release form from a physician should be submitted before beginning any exercise program.

  • An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is on-site.

Security Policy

Ensuring the safety and security of our members and program participants requires that we all do our part.

 

As of September 15, 2009

  • All JCC members will be required to use their photo ID cards or key tags to gain access to the upstairs activity/program rooms or Fitness Center.

  • All non-member program participants and guests will be required to sign in at the front

  • desk. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Members entering without a valid ID card or key tag will receive one reminder and will

  • have to report to the front desk to have their membership validated. Subsequently, members entering without their ID card or key tags will be required to retrieve their card/tag or purchase a new one immediately.

  • Entry doors will be locked from 6:00-7:30 a.m. and after 7:00 p.m. requiring members

  • to use their ID cards or key tags to enter the building.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation in making the JCC a safe place for everyone.

Reminder: there is a $10 replacement fee for lost ID cards or key tags.

Senior Fitness

Growing older doesn’t have to mean growing frail. Men and women can benefit from exercise in a chair and standing positions to improve posture, balance, mobility and core strength. Emphasis will be placed on form with special attention to joint and back health.

Parent/Child Karate

(all ages, all ranks)

Adults without children are welcome.

Learn basic karate and self-defense skills while spending quality time with your kids. Not only will you and your child learn discipline and body control, but by training and practicing together, you will develop a common interest – a benefit that lasts a lifetime.

Pilates

Yoga

(Teens and Adults)
